Refund Policy

1. No refunds

Because Warden Pro is a digital service delivered immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns for:

• partial billing periods or unused time,
• changing your mind after purchase,
• forgetting to cancel before a renewal,
• not using the Service, or
• dissatisfaction with features.

2. Try before you buy

Warden's Privacy Guardian is free forever and requires no payment. Please evaluate the Service on the free tier before upgrading — the free tier is our "trial", and by upgrading you confirm you have decided Warden is right for you.

3. Cancelling

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep Pro until then, and the free tier continues afterward. Cancelling does not refund amounts already paid.

4. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal if you do not want to be charged.

5. Your legal rights

This policy does not remove rights you have that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer-protection law. In particular:

• EU/EEA & UK consumers: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By purchasing and starting to use Warden Pro immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once the service has begun. Where the right still applies, we honor it.
• Other jurisdictions: where local law grants a non-waivable refund or cancellation right, we comply with it.

6. Purchases through an app store

If you purchased through Apple's App Store or another platform, that platform handles billing and refunds under its own rules, which are outside our control. Refund requests for those purchases must go to the platform.

7. Exceptional cases

We may, at our sole discretion and without setting a precedent, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances (for example, a duplicate charge or a proven billing error). This is a courtesy, not an obligation.
